Reports suggest that the Chancellor is considering cutting the annual Cash ISA limit from £20,000 to £12,000 in the hope that the public chooses to invest their savings in the UK stock market. Other reports suggest the Chancellor is considering implementing a new tax on electric vehicles to account for a fall in Fuel Duty caused by drivers switching from petrol and diesel to electric vehicles.
